God is our Loving Heavenly Father

Do you know God as your father?
Have you received Jesus as Lord and savior of your life? If your answer is yes, then God who created the heavens and the earth is your father. Genesis1:1,Mathew 6:9

Isn't that a great honor to be God's son or daughter?

God created the sun, the moon and the billions of stars; you are more precious to him than they are.
You are the apple of his eye.Zechariah 2:8

He sent his Only son Jesus to die for our sins and not only that we have a glorious future in the presence of God for ever and ever.John3:16, Revelation22:5

If we are commanded to honor our earthy parents, how much more should we honor our heavenly father.
He loves us. He wants the very best for us.
Talk to him today. Tell him all that concerns you.Philippians4:6,7

Don't let him go until he blesses you. Genesis 32:26

God is light

God is light and in him is no darkness at all. So if we say we are his friends, but go on living in spiritual darkness and sin, we are lying. But if we are living in the light of God's presence, just as Christ does, then we have wonderful fellowship and Joy with each other, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from every sin. 1 John 1: 5-7

Our God is an eternal God

Our God is an eternal God. He will be our dwelling place for all eternity. Deuteronomy 33:27
Jesus said" my sheep hear my voice and follow me, and I will give them eternal life" John 10: 27
It's very important for us to hear the Lord's voice every day and to follow his commands, his plans for our life.
The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but our Lord has come to give us life abundantly John 10: 10

We know that we have passed from death to life, when we love the brethren. Love is a great proof that eternity is abiding in us. If we don't love the brethren, something is wrong, we need to set things right. 1 John 3:15
Paul told timothy "Fight the good fight of faith and lay hold of eternal life" 1 Timothy 6: 12

Heavenly father, Help us not be distracted by the cares and the worries of this world, but help us to do all things from an eternal perspective. Help us to hear your voice and follow you faithfully every day. In Jesus name, Amen.
